December 2009My dear fish taco friend, Deedree and her husband, Jeff have a friend who is one of the chefs at Kansai - Japanese steakhouse in Clarksville - Min Soon - so they helped me add another restaurant to the list. This was "dinner AND a show!" Min Soon did a fantastic job and was entertaining chef extraordinaire! With event he onion volcano erupting. I ordered the salmon which was delectable and the veges were grilled perfectly. Everything was a great evening with the meal and company.
