#7 - Caspian Grill (Persian)

My dear friends from many years ago took me to a a new country...Persia. I've never had Persian food and I very much enjoyed it.

I had Salmon Kabob(Chelo Mahi): Fresh grilled salmon with a saffron-barberry sauce, served with basmati dill rice. This dish came with a very delicious sauce. I have no idea what it was, but it was good.


If you've never had Persian food...I would highly recommend giving your taste buds an unexpected treat.   Thanks Eric and Christina! Let's travel to another country soon.
