September 2010Still on my Cuban run. This one (although temporarily closed to relocate to downtown Jeff) is my favorite so far. The civeche is AMAZING! Thanks Cathy for introducing me and for getting me addicted to Cuban food and especially the civeche! We ordered the civeche for an appetizer and then I ordered one of their Cuban - grilled chicken sandwiches. The sandwich was good, but nothing compared to the civeche. I'm hooked! I've got to learn how to make this!
I have heard that they are moving to the old Rocky's down on the river across from Jeff Boat in Jeffersonville/Utica Pike. Can't wait for them to get there.
